We've just posted the first release candidate for Director 1.2. Fixes from the last beta:
-When adding a new user, make sure a user with the same email address does not already exist.
- Remove screencasts module from snapshot and replace it with notable wiki links.
- Changes all internal caches to use .cache file suffix and added a rule to the .htaccess file to block access to those cache files from a browser, increasing data security.
- IPTC keywords are sometimes stored as arrays. Director now properly parses them in that situation.
- Fixed proxy-based activation.
- Sured up database failure handling.
- Upgrade script now makes sure you are running the proper version before upgrading.
- FLV thumbnail assignment now works even when the file extension is uppercase.

After uploading the 1.2rc1 "ssp_director" folder I get the following error:
"Error: The requested address '/' was not found on this server."
Here's the path to my install:
http://mattlundstrom.net/ssp_director/
And the compatibility test:
http://mattlundstrom.net/director_test/
I've never had install problems with Director on this server before.
I have taken the following steps to troubleshoot with no success:
- Re-downloaded the director zip
- Tried uploading to a different server
- Tried a different unzip app
- Using a different FTP client
- Manually setting permissions for the "ssp_director" folder and it's contents to 777
Also didn't there used to be an "install.php" file in the "ssp_director" folder?

Is this a new install or an upgrade? Can you send me an FTP login to the install so I can take a closer look?
