Separate these out and make them independent of each other.

Titles should have their own ability to change color of font, size and background color and alpha than that of the captions.

Right now if you change one it changes both the caption and the title. Frustrating.

Also what about a field to have a custom file name? instead of "Fall_Colors.jpg" one could type in a custom name to show "Fall Colors" as the name, I know that this could be done by filling out title, but what if you need the title for something else?
