Still full screen problem...

Hi, i really need help now. if i switch to full screen, the tumbs get magnified and blur. The "frame" around the player fill not the full size of the screen. I use the latest version of the SWF Player in Slidepress. This problem just show up on one PC with Google Chrome. Other PC's are ok. I cleared the cache, really tried everything but full screen looks bad. What do i miss here? I hope somebody can help.
Best regards Tom

Re: Still full screen problem...

It looks like you do not have fullscreen takeover set to On, that setting will probably fix the problem you are having. Look under the options heading in the style editor, make sure fullscreen reformat is set to on.

What is the content source? What version of the slideshowpro player are you using

Re: Still full screen problem...

The Player is the SWF 1.9.8.7, but the problem was also with the 1.9.8.6 and the source is NextGen Gallery over Slidepress (WP 3.1)

Re: Still full screen problem...

We do not support NextGen Gallery as a content source. They have a support line I'm sure will be able to assist you.

@josevargasr can you provide a link to the problem slideshow?

Re: Still full screen problem...

Sure, http://www.xexieyes.com/natura/gallery.html

Do full screen using IE and it only stretches the images, it was working fine. It doesn't happen with Safari and probably other browsers. I have another gallery that I haven't touch it several motnhs and it is doing the same. I used other computers to test, problem is the same.

Re: Still full screen problem...

Ok, but what has the content source to do with the image. I use a php script what forward the images to slidepress. JPG is JPG, resolution is resolution. And the fact that in some browsers its working shows, that it can't be the "source". For me this is a problem with flash. If the thumbs "stretch" and even the buttons of the player stretch, the source can not be the reason. Sorry but this answer i don't can accept. Here i need something better ;-)

Re: Still full screen problem...

@outsourcetoasia: If you have an example of your issue that is not supplied by the NextGen Plugin, then I would be happy to take a look at the problem.

@josevargasr this doesn't appear to be using slidepress, is there something I am missing here?
