SlideShowPro Account Center: User Forums / Thumbnails not showing up

I've been using slidepress for wordpress with no problems for some time now, except sometimes slow loading, but this week I added some new photos to 2 galleries and now for some reason only the first thumbnail or no thumbnails are showing up. The images play through but the thumbnails are blank. Any ideas?

I think it has to do with the upload of the images, this was immediately after the 3.1 Wordpress upgrade. The sizes specified in the media settings are not being applied even though the images are ending up working in the slideshows. Therefore thumbnails aren't showing since the thumbnail versions aren't being created upon upload.

Did you select the generate thumbnails checkbox when you created the galleries?
