Seperate Pan and Zoom.
I'd like to have more control over panning and zooming. How about seperate controls for each? Also, perhaps a setting to control how the panning happens, i.e. only left and right, only up, only right, diagonally, etc.? Also, ease in and outs?

Yes, I would like this feature too. I actually need a pan only feature right now, and am going to have to look for some other system because the zoom is zooming my pics out while I only need a pan from top to bottom.

Yes I agree with all of the above. Such a great function to have but would be nice to control all aspects of it seperately including easing.
