SlideShowPro Account Center: User Forums / XML code for an idiot

I have the bare bones XML file running my first ssp file. I want to add thumbnail navigations and link previews to this file, but do not have the ability to write a XML file that I can get to work to do this, i used the sample codeing from the pdf's and have no clue where to look or how to get this done.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

You should try looking at the demonstration files, available on the SlideShowPro for Flash product page of the Account Center, the General Demonstration package includes an xml file when using thumbnails, so you can use it as a starting point.
