Hi, when I edit the album preview image, click edit, then upload image since I don't want any of the images I have uploaded already, select the image I want, and the Open, it status changes to uploading preview, the processing, and then it gives me the option to assign the focal point. Here I see a broken link for the image, and the draggin function doesn't work, I only can click on Assign Focal Point.
Thanks,
Jose

Jose - In System Info, what does your install report regarding memory limit? You might need to raise it:

I am having the same problem. My limit is set to 128MB.
This only happens when I do the initial upload of the preview image from the settings page after I create a new album or I am editing the current a album and by uploading a new preview image.

Something I have noticed:
After selecting edit and choosing to upload and image, that if I click on edit again but this time select choose use existing photo that the new photo I have uploaded doesn't appear in the images that I can use.
If I click out of that and go to content, then back to settings and select edit preview, and choose use existing then the new image appears.
Is this a ajax/director bug since its not finding/loading the image until the page is reloaded?

The looks to be a bug. We are working on a fix and will push a release as soon as we have one.

This issue should be resolved in the latest update (Build 4478), now available via the in-app upgrade process or the Account Center.

Seems to be working just fine now.

my client is using a ssp hosted version of director and the focal point editing does not seem to be working.
