SlideShowPro Account Center: User Forums / Video will not play, just blank

Hello, my first post here.

A fab product you have.

I am trying to get a video to play in an album on a website I made, found here;

Click the 4th album along (Alan Titchmarch)

Although the vid preview displays, the video will not. I have tried encoding the file as your wiki help pages say, and have tried mp4 (h264), flv (on2vp6) and f4v (h264) but it just will not play.

I am using the standalone version of SlideShow pro.

The only things I can think of now are;
The filename is 'titchmarch-infusion.mp4' and it doesnt like the hyphen
The file is too big (56mb)
The Standalone player is too old.

Help!!

I dont know why, but this is working now. I created a basic page with just the player on and confirmed the video played, then I just rebuilt the HTML and styles around it.

I cant see anywhere as to why it didnt work in the first place. Oh well.
