SSL (https://)

Hello,

How do I enable SSL support for the DirectorAPI.
I would like the api to return a https://domain/director/p.php formatted url for the image.

Would it be possible to have an option in the API to turn SSL format on, or can I change the API code somewhere?

Thanks for your help

Re: SSL (https://)

This topic went unanswered and I'm facing the exact same problem. I'm using the Director API (1.5) to pull images that are used in a javascript cross fade gallery. My website is http://www.rockyresort.com.

Everything works fine on http, but going to https gives warnings that unsecure content is being delivered. It seems that $image->large->url always returns http, rather than https, and I don't see any way of modifying the API code to allow it to return https urls. I could search and replace, but that isn't a nice solution. Can anyone help?

Secondly, even on my interior pages where I'm using SSP to display images, I'm getting insecure urls. I'm embedding the director xml url via https, but the images are returned with http urls. I've tried clearing the XML cache to no effect.

Any ideas?
